World Class Investment Fund.
Baobab can only serve as a sound foundation for social development if it is a viable global competitor.
Baobab's fund manager must rank in the top 0.5% in the world by
delivering a performance of more than 3%, net to its investors, above the S&P500 over the long term.

Baobab should expand its existing office space, in Gaborone, to accommodate trainees and establish an international office or relationship to give trainees the opportunity to work abroad.

However, even if Baobab only achieves the following three things over the next two decades then this goal will be considered a success.
