Rob M. Carle (Bachelor of Arts), is a director and co-founder of Cherubim Ventures (Pty) Ltd, an investment management company and the fund management company of Baobab Global Fund. Rob is a director of
various companies within the GMR Group, which operates in Botswana, South Africa and Swaziland. The GMR Group has been doing
business in Botswana, since 1977.
Martin P Van Blerk, (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law) is a director and co-founder of Cherubim and Baobab. Martin managed Baobab and its predecessor since 1997.
