Rob M. Carle (Bachelor of Arts), heads up administration and is a director and co-founder of Cherubim Ventures (Pty) Ltd, and Baobab Global Fund. Rob is also a director of various companies within the GMR Group.
Martin P Van Blerk, (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law) is the fund manager, director and co-founder of Cherubim and Baobab. Martin managed Baobab and its predecessor since 1997. Martin also co-managed the $25 billion portfolio of Fairfax Financial Holdings' assets at Hamblin Watsa Investment Council Ltd for the four years ending 31 Dec 2009.
